Filmmaker Ramon Richardson has finished his 3rd feature film called The Rats. The production is based in St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands and cast members include: Lloyd Jarvis (Senator Alphonso Akbar) and Robert Grisar (Tony Jeffers/special agent).

His parents often took him on short trips to different types of law enforcement venues throughout his childhood and each time he listened to and spoke with the various agents. Thus, he excelled in academics and sports in high school but was often in trouble because, as serious and focused as he was, he also had a fun loving mischievous aspect to his personality.

In college they finally told him, in front of the entire class to straighten out his playful ways or he was gone. He graduated at the top of his class. Once in the field, he was committed, fearless and successful by the book agent. He kept getting promoted till he is now no longer considered a field agent, though he always seems to figure out a way to get involved. He had an opportunity for a major promotion with top level title and the salary that goes with it but turned it down because he doesn't trust or like what he calls "the pencil necks" ."
